The nature of colour representation on the internet means that colours cannot always be shown accurately. This is due to the way the images are prepared but also due to the colour balance of each individual computer screen / monitor on which the images are shown. Although we make every effort to ensure that the images show an accurate representation of the products colours, we cannot be held responsible should the product be bought in order to match other items in the home and upon arrival does not do so.
We try to ensure that the images on the site offer a true representation of the product shown. It should however be noted that our suppliers do from time to time make minor alterations to products which, though not altering the functionality, dimensions or overall design, may affect the exact product presentation.
We understand the importance of security and endeavour to make our payment processes as safe as shopping in store. We use the latest technology to ensure that all your personal and credit card details remain completely confidential. However we cannot be responsible if through no fault of our own these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
We accept payment by most international credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, and all UK debit cards - Delta, Visa debit, Maestro. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
Your card will be debited at the time of placing the order. Orders are normally dispatched within one working day of receipt, however if there is likely to be a delay or any other problem, we will notify you and offer a full refund as an alternative to waiting. Some items are made to order or being sourced from overseas, in these instances dispatch is delayed as detailed in the description of the item.
Every effort is made by Enchanted Interiors to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure, but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost credit card if this has not been reported to your credit card company.
- The Gift Voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
- Gift Vouchers can be activated with a minimum value of £10.00.
- Gift Vouchers can not be used to redeem shipping costs.
- Any one Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once. If the full value of the Gift Card has not been used, this excess value will be lost.
- Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for Enchanted Interiors merchandise online at www.enchanted-interior.co.uk
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once a Gift Voucher has been redeemed no change will be given.
- The Gift Vouchers will expire 6 months from date of order.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
- Please protect this Gift Voucher and treat it as cash. Enchanted Interiors cannot be held liable for Gift Vouchers which once purchased, are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
- Enchanted Interiors reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
- If you have made an online payment with a Gift Voucher (in whole or in part) and you would like to return your purchase, please note that you will be refunded the amount paid by the Gift Voucher in the form of an eVoucher.
- Enchanted Interiors reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Voucher service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
We will use a variety of shipping methods appropriate for shipping your order. The delivery method will be chosen according to the requirements of a particular order.
Our standard terms for delivery within the UK are 3-5 working days from date of dispatch excluding custom orders which can be up to 10 working days depending on the level of customisation.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday inclusive, but do not include weekends, bank or public holidays.
If you have specific requirements in terms of delivery dates (such as specific delivery deadlines), please make this clear in the customer comments box at checkout. This will enable us to ensure your order is dispatched by the most appropriate means of delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete address:
Where a delivery is unable to be made due to incorrect or incomplete address details being provided by the customer, Enchanted Interiors reserves the right to charge the full cost of the re-delivery. If at that time the customer requests cancellation of the order, we will issue a refund.
Item refused, Item not collected by Customer or Courier was unable to deliver:
Where an item is returned to us due to item refused on delivery, item not collected or unable to deliver due to recipient not at home Enchanted Interiors will either charge the full cost of re-delivery, or issue a refund less the cost of original delivery. This type of return can easily be avoided and the onus is on the customer to notify us in good time of non delivery (within 10 days of notification of dispatch) so that we can determine the reason for non delivery prior to the item being returned to us.
Where a product is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 2 working days of receipt. We are unable to accept claims for damaged goods after this time. We will then request that you return the damaged item to us. On receipt of the damaged item we will confirm the damage. If we are in agreement that the item is in fact damaged, we will dispatch a replacement item along with a refund for the return postage. If we believe that the item is not damaged, we will return it to you at your expense.
Where you change your mind after dispatch of non personalised products, or on receipt, please notify us within 5 working days (or as soon as is practical) of receipt of your order. On receipt of your order back to our offices in perfect condition we will issue a full refund.
Where you are not happy with an item, we will will not meet the cost of return postage. Under the legislation relating to selling at distance we will however refund the full intial cost paid
We are unable to accept notification of returns under this clause more than 10 working days after dispatch.
We are unable to accept returns without prior notification. If we receive goods back without prior notification we will be obliged to send them back to you.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, un-used and where appropriate un-assembled.
We are unable to issue a refund for any items that have been personalised, unless they are defective.
Returned items that qualify for free shipping will be refunded less the standard shipping fee should the new total value be below the qualifying free shipping threshold.
Regardless of the reason for returning an order you should obtain proof of posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for returned items that go missing in transit.
