What information do we collect?
Enchanted Interiors collects information from our customers when a transaction is made or when a quote is created. Orders are typically placed by either the Enchanted Interiors website, Etsy or Amazon.
The information collected by Enchanted Interiors includes your name, email address, delivery address, phone numbers and the goods purchased to support the order and distribution of purchased products. At the point of order you can also elect to receive marketing information from Enchanted Interiors or not - this selection will also be stored.
Enchanted Interiors does not store payment data; payment is instead handled by a third party either Paypal, WorldPay, Amazon or Etsy as selected by you the customer.
Enchanted Interiors also collects product review information submitted by customers and in many cases images and videos submitted by proud owners of our products and their Nurseries.
How do we use the data?
We will use your personal data to process your order and manage your account for the purposes of completing a contract of sale of goods or services, or generating a quote for goods or services. Additionally, if you have given your consent, we will use your data to provide you with information on products, services, and for other relevant marketing communication.
Your data is required by us and specific third parties for the processing of transactions, delivery of goods, and account management. We will only give your data to a third party if it is required to complete a transaction; we do not sell or provide your information to third party companies that are not involved in completing the transaction you have requested.
Where product review information, images and videos have been provided to Enchanted Interiors via the Website, Facebook, Twitter or Etsy the submissions are freely given by users and users are under no requirement to provide such information. Where such information is provided, Enchanted Interiors reserves the right to utilise any provided material in its marketing.
Who do we share your information with?
To complete a transaction and to allow delivery of goods, it will be necessary for us to pass relevant information to courier and delivery services that we use. These are (but not limited to) DPD and Royal Mail.
How do we protect your data?
Any personal data we hold is kept and processed on secure computer systems, and is protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage through encryption, access control, physical security and other appropriate technologies. Enchanted Interiors continually reviews and enhances its security systems, as necessary.
Where orders are placed via Amazon or Etsy platforms these third-party platforms will securely store any provided information. Non-payment information will be downloaded to Enchanted Interiors computer systems to support the sales process.
Enchanted Interiors limits access to personal information to those employees of Enchanted Interiors and its affiliates who need it to fulfil their business responsibilities. Employees must adhere to Enchanted Interiors privacy policies. Employees violating these policies may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Vendors and other outside contractors we engage are subject to our contractual requirements to ensure that sensitive personal information is safeguarded.
Your personal data will generally be kept by us for a period of five years after a purchase to ensure we comply with any financial and legal requirements.. If you have agreed to receive marketing communication from us, then we will keep your details until such time as you ask for them to be removed or updated, or such a time where the data is no longer required or is known to be out of date.
Your rights - access to your information and correction
You have legal rights as to how we are able to use your data. The relevant legislation to which we comply is the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998), PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003), and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016).
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If any of the information is incorrect or incomplete we will change it if you have provided us with enough information to verify your identity.
You have the right to object to your data being processed
You have the right to withdraw consent for us to retain and process your data at any time, subject to legal requirements.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that we have not used your data fairly and honestly.

2. Support analysis of Enchanted Interiors Marketing campaigns through Google and Facebook.
The first of these activities is required to provide a functional website and is inline with GDPR cookie guidelines; the second can be opted out from on first visit to the site using the displayed cookie banner. If you reject cookies the Google Analytics cookies will be blocked and will not be downloaded to your computer.
Enchanted Interiors uses analytics cookies to monitor the impact of our advertisements and allows us to hone our marketing campaigns and determine the interest shown in Enchanted Interiors products. This information is used to refine and improve the product offering to all Enchanted Interiors customers.
When utilising Amazon or Etsy marketplaces; cookies are managed and controlled by the respective marketplace and not Enchanted Interiors.
