What are our wall stickers made from?
Our wall stickers are made from a very thin premium self-adhesive woven polyester fabric. Unlike vinyl they are 100% free from PVC and any harmful toxins making them child and environmentally friendly. We also use a Greenguard Gold Certified ink providing assurance that it meets some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Can I have a sample?
Yes. All of our large designs are available as a small sample. You will receive a miniature sample of the design which has been printed on the self adhesive fabric material enabling you to feel and see the quality with your own eyes. Also included are square colour swatches of all the colours in the design so you can compare them to background colours of your painted walls and any colours you have already in your nursery. Will they stick to all wall surfaces?
Our fabric wall stickers require a smooth flat surface and can be applied to walls, windows, furniture etc.
Are your wall stickers easily applied?
Yes. We ensure our designs not only look great on your walls, we also provide full instructions with your wall stickers to make sure you get the best result. All you have to do is simply peel the sticker from the backing paper and apply it straight onto the wall. Even the worst crinkles can be smoothed out during application making them very easy to apply and remove. You can realistically complete the application within 1 hour.
I have just painted my walls, how long do I have to wait before applying the wall stickers?
It is recommended to wait for at least 3 weeks after freshly painting walls before applying the wall stickers to leave enough time for the paint to dry and the gases to be released.
Can I remove or reposition the fabric wall stickers?
Our fabric wall stickers are designed to be both removable and repositionable. To ensure a lifetime of stickiness they must be applied to a clean, dust free surface. Please note however we cannot guarantee the quality of the paint work and on very few occasions the wall stickers may remove some or all of the paint work. We suggest that you test a hidden area of the wall by applying one of the stickers before setting to work on an exposed area. For best results always make sure that the wall has been primed appropriately, is clean and dust free before application.
Can we reuse our fabric wall stickers?
Many of our customers have successfully removed our wall stickers and taken them with them to their new home. If you think that you may want to move your wall stickers in the future you should keep the instructions, backing paper and postal tube in a safe place enabling you to store, transport and reapply them at a later date. Note that the removal of the wall stickers are done at your own risk and we do not supply the backing paper separately.
Are the wall stickers in one piece?
All our fabric wall stickers are supplied in separate pieces allowing you to apply them to the wall exactly the way you want. Because of the size of the tree and branch wall stickers these are supplied in several sections.
Can you customise the colours of the wall stickers?
Yes, we offer a colour customisation service. We will work closely together with you to customise the colours of any of our nursery wall decals we currently have listed on our website. For more information on how to order our colour customisation service please click here.
Can I return my wall stickers if I am unhappy with them?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee with all our fabric wall stickers and are happy to provide a full refund (minus postage costs) for any orders that are returned in an unused resalable condition. Please notify us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged.
Do you ship your wall stickers Overseas?
Yes we do have a wide selection of countries we ship our nursery wall stickers to. Please be aware that you may be subject to pay import duties and/or taxes at the point of delivery.
