International Delivery Options:
Shipping costs are dependent on location and are calculated at checkout.
We post our wall stickers to most countries outside of the UK via Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery Service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 10 working days to most locations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some countries outside of the UK are now required to pay import taxes and/or VAT at the point of delivery by your local postal service. It is the responsibility of the customer to check prior to ordering and pay any customs charges due on delivery.
RETURNS
Enchanted Interiors offers a 30 days no quibble returns on all items which are returned in a resalable condition. Please note we do not accept returns of personalised or customised orders. Enchanted Interiors products are ALL made and processed to order in house, here in the UK. Regardless of which shipping option is chosen, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. However during busy times of the year the turn around times may be extended and an order processing update will be given.
If you require your order urgently please contact us as we may be able to accommodate urgent orders however this may incur additional costs towards delivery.
